Tenant Responsibilities


LAWN/YARD  

As per Bylaws, Lawns must be mowed on a regular basis – Yard, front & back MUST kept clean & tidy, including the garbage area. 

It is your responsibility to remove items that are no longer required. Check with your Community, waste management department for information on the proper ways of disposing unwanted items.

Windows/Doors    
With our weather being very unpredictable, please ensure that your Windows & Storm doors are closed properly when leaving your home, this will prevent water damage and help to keep the pests out of your home.

Furnace Filters 
Check Filters once a month, change if necessary with the proper size
